Enterprise AI

Bespoke software, built on the data you already own.Growth at every stage of the funnel.

The models are a commodity. Your customer data, your research, and ten years of what worked are not. We build custom systems on that foundation, across acquisition, conversion, and retention, running on your infrastructure.

The pattern we see everywhere

Every enterprise licenses AI.
Few own any of it.

Dozens of licenses deployed. Ask ten employees what AI is solving and you get ten answers. Leadership cannot point to a single workflow where AI moved a number. The specialist platforms take six to nine months to onboard. The agencies bolt AI onto processes built for a different era. The internal team does not have the depth to build the thing they can already picture.

Meanwhile the data that would answer the question is spread across the funnel, sitting in four vendor platforms that were never built to talk to each other.

What we build

Three ways we build what you own.

Every engagement starts from a business problem, not a feature list. We build inside your environment, alongside your IT and security teams, on your data. When it ships, the code is yours.

01

Custom systems

Data intelligence agents, customer experience platforms, retail associate tools, publishing engines. Built on your cloud, behind your single sign-on, connected to your warehouse and your CRM, sending from your domain. Customer data does not leave your infrastructure. Where a system you depend on has no usable API, we write the pipe ourselves. That pipe is often worth more than the application sitting on top of it.

How we build →
  • Deployed on your infrastructure and cleared through your InfoSec and AI governance review
  • Custom integrations into the systems your vendors will not open
  • Working software early in the engagement rather than a specification to approve
  • Source code and turnover materials transfer to you
  • New requests get built. They do not come back as a change order
02

The brain

Your research, consumer immersions, sales data, and market knowledge become a governed corpus that filters every answer the system gives. Content was king for twenty years. Context is what matters now, because the model is the same one your competitor is using. This is decision compression: the distance between a question and a defensible answer shortens from weeks to seconds.

The data foundation →
03

Capability transfer

Owning software only matters if your people can run it. Our programs take employees from casual AI use to shipping working systems, starting with personal problems where no company data and no governance review is involved. The skill comes back to work with them. That is how it spread the last three times.

The training program →
Most companies know their org chart. Few understand their work graph. FutureProof WorkGraph™ uses AI-powered employee interviews to map how work actually moves through an organization, and where AI changes it.
The internet has a new front door. When someone asks an AI model what to buy, the recommendation happens before anyone reaches a results page. Applaude tracks what the models say about your brand and what would change it.
In production

Systems running today,
owned by the companies using them.

Representative work across retail, consumer goods, financial services, and technology. In each case the system runs inside the client's environment and belongs to the client.

Retail associate platform, global luxury brand
A learning system for more than 3,000 store associates that adapts to culture, season, and geography. Associates practice against synthetic customer personas and see how they compare to similar associates elsewhere. Deployed on the client's cloud and single sign-on, live across multiple markets and languages.
Consumer insights agent
Five years of survey data and research reports made conversational. An insights leader asks a question in plain language and gets a sourced answer, in place of a chain of emails and vendor requests that used to arrive after the decision was made.
Customer intelligence system of record
Customer feedback, store sales, training adoption, and search demand correlated in one place, on pipes we built between systems that had never been connected. A satisfaction score on its own explains nothing. A correlated one tells a store manager what to do on Monday.
Enterprise AI training cohort
Sixty employees across marketing, finance, and operations built working AI tools from scratch in four weeks. No company data and no compliance review. The showcase surfaced internal capability that leadership had not known was there.

Most people who talk about AI have never shipped any. This is led by an operator who still writes production code, working with a distributed engineering team across time zones.

How we work

Rent the apartment,
or build the house.

Licensing enterprise software is renting a furnished apartment. The furniture cannot move, the rent goes up, and at the end of the lease there is nothing to show for it. We build to spec on ground you already own. You pick the finishings, and the house is yours when it is done.

Ownership
One build fee, then the software belongs to you. No seat licenses, no annual renegotiation, no data held at contract end. Amortized across ten years against a subscription, it is not a close comparison.
Inside your walls
Your cloud, your single sign-on, your warehouse, your domain. We work as embedded builders with your IT and security teams, which is why provisioning and vendor review stop being the thing that adds two quarters to the timeline.
Working software, early
We bring something your team can actually use rather than a document describing it. It is the fastest way to find out whether we understood the problem, and the most honest.
Scope that adapts
Priorities move during a build. New requests get absorbed into the work rather than converted into a separate agreement. The relationship compounds instead of restarting every quarter.

Zoom out. What is the growth limiting factor?

If this were the best year the business has had, what would have to be true? That answer is usually where the first build is. A short conversation is enough to find it, and if there is nothing worth building we will say so.

Or begin with a WorkGraph and see how the work runs today.
